  I came to this dealer bacuse it’s the closest to my house. I used to own a Audi but wanted to buy American. Every time I had to bring my Audi in to the dealer for service they would provide me with a loaner. I came in to Fox Valley Ford to get my charging system fixed on my new explore still under bumper to bumper warranty and when I asked if they had loaners they told me they don’t give any out then they told me they worked with enterprise and could get me in a rental for 38 dollars a day which I could get one cheaper online. They've had my car in for three days and it’s been hard for me to get back and fourth from work maybe I should stick with foreign cars next time. I will definitely be looking to take my car to get serviced else where.
