  I called this clinic to schedule an appointment for spaying my kitten.. Although they have great prices for their services, whoever answered the phone was nothing but rude and was not willing to inform me about any information. I ended the call so that I could read more reviews about this location only to read several people complaining about the clinics customer service and how unwelcoming the staff is. Having experienced the same bad service over the phone, I decided not to bring my kitten here. If there are several comments on the poor treatment from their staff, it makes me wonder how they treat the animals that come into their clinic.. I would not feel comfortable with leaving my pet here. My recommendation would to be go to the Randall Rd. Animal Hospital in South Elgin.
