  I got a awesome deal from Robert Holguin. Robert has a great attitude, he really wants you to leave Happy! Update 4/30/18 I have had several service appointments this far with the dealer only. The service department is world class. Donna Tran and Stephanie Stefanski, James Walls and George Gonzales. They are detail oriented, explain the "why and how" very clearly. Do yourself a favor and shop Gerald Subaru, expect to be consistently treated like you own the dealership .

  It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. They respected our choices, explained additional options, but didn't pressure us. The transaction didn't take an entire evening, either, which is appreciated! Donna, the GM, kept checking in and Farooq did a great job helping set us up.

  They let me test drive the car I actually wanted to buy at this dealership, which is surprising cause they are connected with Gerald Subaru in Naperville.
  
  But when they went to appraise my car they didn’t know it was in gear and scratched my front bumper. Accidents happen, I understand that. But when I sold my car on my own time
  And went back to try to make a deal on a car I liked they were quoting me 1,500 dollars more than any other dealership. They are just looking to rip you off.
  
  Save your time and money and don’t visit Gerald dealerships!
